How Squire works with its partners

 

Squire issues short-term financing loans secured by a mortgage on real property to finance select residential, development and construction projects. Among others, these include:

• Residential and Commercial 1st & 2nd mortgages

• Equity loans

• Residential construction loans

• Improvement loans

 

We rely on our channel partners for both deal-flow and investor referrals.  We take this relationship and our commitment to our partners seriously.  We are not a mortgage broker and do not compete with our channel partners.   We guarantee transparency into our underwriting process and quick turnaround times. As a privately owned MIC we are open to exploring unique financing arrangements to find solutions for our partners and their clients.  Each file, client and situation is unique and our ability to be nimble, creative, and efficient is what sets us apart from our competition.
